I wanted to share with you my experience working with Kathy Smiley and Mary Kay Donahoe to sell my townhouse this year. First, Kathy and Mary Kay have a terrific network in the real estate market and I was quite impressed initially with how many other realtors they got the word out to when I first put my house on the market. Unfortunately my first buyer fell through so Kathy and Mary Kay had to re-do their efforts to get me another buyer- and now we had a time crunch because I had put an offer on another house and didn't want to lose it. This second time they again quickly got a lot of traffic through my home to get another buyer lined up. By this time the market was taking a turn for the worse and prices were dropping dramatically. Kathy and Mary Kay were able to negotiate with a new buyer for the higher price I needed to be able to afford my new house. In addition, I'd like to add that Kathy and Mary Kay have a lot of experience and this was tremendously helpful with the purchase of my new house because the realtor I was using there seemed to be quite inexperienced and didn't know how to do a lot of things. Even though it wasn't their job, Kathy and Mary Kay helped a LOT with this. They also gave me really good advice for some things I needed to do. I would highly recommend Kathy and Mary Kay to sell your house.
